Brewferm Christmas is a real dessert beer. It's strong, brown, and malty. Brewferm kits produce strong, aromatic beers that mostly require long (6-8 week) maturation periods. But the results are true Belgian style beers of unparalleled quality. Each kit includes a 3.3 lb can of hopped malt extract, a 7 g sachet of yeast, and brewing instructions. A strong and full bodied brown ale with a pronounced but pleasant malt flavor. Improves while aging. Alc. 7.5% vol. O.G. 1.065 Makes 7 liters (1.9 gal). Require no brewing sugar (Light or Extract Light Dried or Liquid Malt Extract)
